Terms of use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms govern the use of Kanba, provided by Kanba. By using the service you accept them.
The service
Kanba is a project and task management application installed for each client on the agreed server and subdomain. Pricing, support scope and service levels are set in the contract with each client.
Accounts
- Each person is responsible for keeping their password safe; we recommend enabling two-step verification.
- Each organization's admins decide who has access and with which permissions.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put its security at risk.
Your content
The content you create or upload (projects, tasks, comments and files) belongs to you or your organization. We only process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activities, to upload malicious software, to try to access other organizations' data or to overload the infrastructure (including the API, which has usage limits).
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, with a backup before every update, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what is set out in the contract with each client.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page.
