API and webhooks

Connect Kanba to Zapier, n8n, Make or your own systems.

API tokens

In Settings → API create a token, choose its abilities (projects:read, tasks:write…) and expiry. The token is shown only once and acts with your permissions, only in the organization where you created it.

Webhooks

Admins can register an HTTPS URL in Team → Webhooks that receives a POST when tasks are created, moved, completed or commented on. Each delivery carries an X-Kanba-Signature header so your server can verify it comes from Kanba. Use Send ping to test it and check the delivery history.
