Inviting people and roles
Who can see and do what in your organization and in each project.
Organization roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including appointing admins |
| Admin | See every project, invite and manage people, webhooks and the audit log |
| Member | Create projects and work on those shared with them |
| Guest | Only projects shared with them; cannot see the people directory |
Project roles
- Editor: creates, edits and moves tasks.
- Commenter: comments and likes, without editing.
- Viewer: read only.
Inviting
- To the organization: Team → Invite (admins only).
- To a project: the project's Share button. People without an account get a link valid for 7 days.
