Using the Kanban board

Drag cards between columns, reorder them and learn what the last column means.

The Board shows every column of the project with its cards.

• Drag and drop: move a card within its column or to another one. Changes are saved instantly.
• Last column: moving a card to the last column (Done) marks it completed; moving it out reopens it.
• Cover: the first image you attach to a task becomes the card cover.
• Counters: each card shows 👍, comments and attachments.
• Red dates: the due date has passed and the task is still open.

The board refreshes itself every 30 seconds when someone else makes changes.

If you apply a sort from the toolbar (by date, alphabetical…), you can move cards between columns but not reorder them within one.
